2 women arrested for allegedly shooting 11-year-old in Atlantic City during Memorial Day weekend

Adult male shot in Newark, New Jersey Sunday. police responded to Marie Place on a call of a shooting. Police officers located an adult male who had been shot. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment and is in stable condition. The incident remains under investigation.

Shortly thereafter, a third victim, a 31-year-old male from New York also arrived at the hospital, seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound. The investigation is active and ongoing.

One adult male was shot and is currently being treated at an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. There is no ongoing threat, although the scene and investigation remain active. The park remains closed to the public until further notice. No additional information is available at this time while the investigation is underway.
